Transcript w/o SOPHAS ID?

I ordered my university to send transcripts to SOPHAS; however, I just realized that I forgot to tell them that they needed to include my SOPHAS application CAS ID. Would it be better for me to make another transcript order from the university? Or just hold on and wait for a longer verification period?
