I studied through Chad's, Cliff's and Feralis
I'm 20% through Destroyer and have not touched Bootcamp or the practice tests yet, and i've got just under a month left (Aug 7th). Should I push my test back or was this generally enough time or most people?

I understand this question could come anxiety about not feeling ready, but I'd just like to have some insight of how long others spent using these materials to compare with.

Hello! I'm in the same boat. Assuming you finished everything except Bootcamp and destroyer I would say you are fine.

A good way to utilize Bootcamp quickly is to take the tests like it were the real DAT. In Ari's study guide he suggests doing this after you have taken the tests once but if you're worried about time and have already prepared a good bit, I don't see how it could hurt you. Bootcamp also has incredible solution explanations. The PAT and QR on bootcamp are infamously harder than the real thing, apparently, so don't let those scores discourage you. I do find that the QR exams all follow a pattern in question style.

Destroyer is fun so far. Lots of thought provoking questions. Be sure to really understand why something is right and why things ARENT right. The solutions are so well discussed you'll learn other concepts while reviewing a specific one.

Best of luck friend, I'm sure you'll ace it!!

Thanks @ThunderSplash ! I appreciate it, and best of luck to you as well. I'd also say that destroyer is a lot less dreadful than learning the actual material. Would you say that I should start doing some Bootcamp now , before I finish destroyer?

I'm not sure what other obligations you have right now, but if you can spend at least 5 hours a day studying for the next month, that should be plenty of time. Keep studying as if you were going to take it on August 7. If it gets to be like August 5 and you reaaaally don't feel ready, then postpone. Good luck!

Just wondering, what do you break the 5 hours into based on subject? I sometimes feel like 5 hours isn't enough to cover every subject (as there are 6 subjects).

Its usually not enough for me. To do destroyer questions and review the answers for about 40Q per subject. it takes me roughly 1-2 hrs

Oh that was just a random number. I didn't want to assume everyone has all day to study. However, OP said he already went through the basics. About a week or two out, I probably studied around 5 hours a day going over flashcards/roapmaps/facts I didn't know to just try to memorize. And you probably don't have to practice QR, RC, and PAT every day

Really? I thought qr was done every day

I've done 3 of BC's gen chem, bio, math and orgo exams and I can say that if you can work through and understand answers in destroyer, BC will be a good way to wrap it up. BC really mimics the DAT in content and style (but that doesn't mean it's easier). I feel like BC's harder questions come from understanding stereochemistry where as destroyer's difficulty is in the sheer difficulty of the question. My plan is to go through destroyer, finish BC, then finish off with another pass of destroyer so the big concepts are fresh in my mind. Ill take the 07 practice a few days before the test and judge my readiness on that. (I also have math destroyer but may not go through all of it. Will definitely try though, time permitting.)

I hope this helps!
