Am I Considered a URM?

Good evening! I was wondering if I would be considered as URM. I am half Afro-Caribbean and half Indo- Caribbean. My parents are from Guyana. I know Blacks are considered as URM, but I am half. Does that count as well? Thanks for the input!

Yes, I do. So for my application, I would have to put both Indo and Afro Caribbean down as my race correct?
