So I made a C in Physical Chemistry 2 and Biology of Aging, which are both upper level science classes my senior year of undergrad.

How bad will that look to Adcoms? This will leave me with a 3.3 sGPA. I have made two other Cs in my classes throughout undergrad in Organic and Biochem. Does this take me out of the running for DO schools?

I have a 504 MCAT and am now really thinking of retaking even though people on SDN have told me not to retake. I think retaking will offset my low sGPA but I am not sure.

What do you guys think?

Nope. You should be okay, but it is better to be applying with as strong upward trend. So if you have a year to spare, then make sure you get nothing but A's and B's from here on out. Don't retake the MCAT, you are in the sweet spot for most schools.

Good night sweet prince. Better go to NP school.

I think that this will not help your case, but sometimes you have to apply with the app you have, warts and all.

Do NOT retake the MCAT!!!! If I were looking at your app, the C's would worry me, nor your ability to do well with standardized tests.

It definitely hurts you, but it's not the end of the world. Just apply broadly and early. As a precaution, I'd enroll in summer/fall classes at a local community college to retake ochem (should be offered) and biochem (maybe offered?). Getting A's in those would at least give you a bit of a boost and display a little upward trend. By September/October you should have an idea of how your application has been received based on the number of interview invites you've received, plus you can update them and let them know you're retaking those courses.

I think they might be an issue. Those classes sound hard, especially physical chemistry, but a C is still a C.

If you aren't planning on following the rec of not retaking the mcat, why ask if you're in trouble?

Assuming the rest of your app is ok with a good cgpa then apply with what you have. You're already behind schedule in applying if you haven't started so get your app completed yesterday.

If waiting a year then retake F's, D's, C's

I was thinking of getting a little more shadowing of DOs in before I submit. I was planning on submitting around June 10th. Will that be too late for me?

It can take weeks to get transcripts in and a month or more to get your application verified once done. It's imperative to apply early as absolutely possible if you have any weaknesses, which you do. You have until around mid July for your app to be going out to schools to be considered early, and you need to be early. Late July through Sept is when most apps come in and schools get more picky then. So get the process started NOW if you haven't! AACOMAS gets busier the longer you wait so they take longer to verify transcripts. You aren't as I understand it doing anything else academically and you can add rec letters for DOs later.
