Am I Ready To Submit? *Confused*

Pretty much finished with this application.

HOWEVER, my LOR's and Transcripts haven't been received yet. It also looks like one of my letter writers hasn't submitted his letter to my counselor (who is handling my letters right now). Should I wait or could I submit now??? Also, if for some reason I want to add a letter to AADSAS database, could I do that (after e-submission)? I'm completely ready on my end. I want to keep it movin'.

Thanks in advance!! Sorry for the "dumb" question. I tried to find if this has been answered before, but I couldn't find anything. I apologize if this has already been asked...

It sounds as though you are good to go, I would go ahead and e-submit. Your transcript and app won't be complete until your LORs and transcripts get in, but if you get the ball rolling now it might give you priority in getting your transcripts verified. GL
