Hi, I would like to know if I am too late for the 2011 cycle to apply. I will be submitting my app on monday and take my DAT on Oct 6th. I have a 3.56 GPA and hopefully I get a score above 20. Please reply if u have any information and advice me. Thanks.

yes but you have a 27AA on the dat, you will be getting into harvard

You were making a big fuss and on whether or not to apply last year in December... yet this new cycle comes around and you still havn't submitted your app yet? For someone so smart you do some pretty dumb things.

True... Unfortunately, there were some extenuating circumstances that prevented me from completing my app as early as I wanted. Oh well, I just have to work hard to submit it as soon as I can from now.

By the way, it wasn't my intention to steal this thread from the OP. Sorry.

Well, nobody in this thread has actually answered your question (please don't think I'm being harsh).

But to be honest, it is starting to get late. AADSAS takes a while to report your complete application to the schools. It takes a few weeks for the schools to accept your application fees. ADA takes about 2 weeks to process your DAT scores. At that point you will be into October when your application is finalized. Your shot at a pre-december interview lowers dramatically because this is the time schools are really handing them out for the top prospects.

Get your stuff in ASAP and rock that DAT if you are serious about being competitive for 2011.
