Ambulatory Care APPE in Texas??

I'm in the process of setting up my APPE rotations in the Dallas area (i go to an out-of-state pharm school), but am having a difficult time setting up a site for my ambulatory care APPE.

Does anyone know a good hospital/clinic that would meet the criteria for an ambulatory care pharmacy?

Any help on this would be much appreciated!
