AMCAS Contact Error

For one of my amcas activities I put an email of a different person then the person whose name I put as the contact and I'm freaking out.

so it looks like:

Person A first name
Person A last name
Person A title

but then it is

Person B first name. Person B last name@an email address.__

Person B can verify the hours as Person A and Person B are at the same institution but I'm unsure what to do, AMCAS said they couldn't help. Am I screwed

Schools will just realize you made a mistake and I doubt it will make any difference between getting an II or not.
