AMCAS corrections: process time

For those who have been processed with corrections, how long did it take for you to be verified?

I submitted on June 8, but haven't heard anything back yet. I've called a couple times, and they keep telling me the same thing "it'll be done soon."

any thoughts?

I had one correction on mine but it's done already and I submitted on June 17th. Kinda strange that yours is still being processed. But if you've called and they said it's being done, then I'm sure it'll be done soon. Maybe someone else has something a little more helpful to say.

This may be a dumb question, but if my app says it is still in line to be reviewed, does that mean it is not even being looked at yet? Will the AMCAS page display an intermediate message between 'waiting for review' and 'verified?'

There is no intermediate message. It goes straight from "Waiting for Review" to "Processing is Complete." So don't worry about it.

Hmm. Mine had two X's in coursework, so 2 corrections. I submitted 6/16 p.m. and was processed by 6/22 a.m.

Hi Tigress,

If you dont mind me asking, how much of graduate work did you do and did that count as separate graduate GPA on your AMCAS application. I am kind of in a similar boat, having taken several grad courses.
