Hi All,

I had a quick coursework question that I can't seem to find the answer to in the manual and then a question (more so a clarification) about entering repeat courses.

1. I have a class listed as N/A for the grade on my transcript. It was a physics course that was calculus based, which I didn't need that advanced a level of. It's been awhile but I believe I went to class for a few days and realized it wasn't worth the harder course just to take it earlier and dropped it. So, I have no grade for it and I didn't earn credit for it obviously, so idk how I should list it? It wasn't an earned credit but is included in the attempted credits tally but obviously not in the same way as a repeat. In my transcript it's listed as such
General Physics I..... PHY 211.... 3.00.... N/A

2. This ones more a clarification. When I'm entering repeat courses I, one, check "repeat" for both the initial and repeat attempt and two, list credits for both attempts regardless of whether my college did so

1) Did you drop this course during the normal add/drop period at the beginning of the term, which what this sounds like. If so I would not list it as a repeat.

2) If it is on your transcript, then list only the credits as it says there. If it is not on your transcript and was removed by "forgiveness" policy, then you should list it with grade and credits attempted. You mark both as repeats

Thank you!
