I took an English class at a JC the summer before I started at my undergrad university. I transferred the units over to fulfull the English requirement, and my undergrad transcript mentions the college & units but the not the grade. I know I have to send AMCAS the transcript from the JC...

Here's the question: is this class considered "HS - academic status" or "FR - academic status?" Again, this was taken the summer before starting at my undergrad school.

As you may have figured, I slacked off, did the bare minimum, and earned a "C." Kind of disturbing that a class I took over a decade ago could hurt me... :meanie: oh well.

Anyone run into the same situation? Any advice would be much appreciated

It counts as Freshman since you already graduated from HS.

Jason is correct. Even AP classes are supposed to count as Freshman.
