Hi so I accidentally mislabeled 7 courses as just being lecture when they were lab and lecture. If i get my application returned to me because of some other mistake, can i fix these errors? If i don't get them returned to me and i have to email medical schools, will that make the admissions committee look at my application unfavorably (like they'll think I'm irresponsible?)

If your transcript makes clear labs are included, the omission will be corrected. Amcas will fix up to ten mistakes. If you have more than that, your application is returned to you so you can correct it.
