Hi when i view my file on the print my application menu my personal statement is smushed into one long paragraph but thats not the way it looked when i submitted it. Whats the deal did they butcher my essay? or are they just doing that to conserve space when i print but its being sent the correctly? please help

A lot of people had the same thing, it's not a problem. If you do a search, you'll find a lot of threads on the same issue.

No, enter a hard return (return between paragraphs) and it will seperate them. Each hard return counts as 2 characters. it will look correct then.
