What am I supposed to put down for credit hours? I am confused, especially because I went to a quarter based system, and transferred to a semester based system.

You put down whatever it says on your transcript. When you enter your classes, you'll tell AMCAS whether it's a semester course or a quarter course and it'll convert it for you during verification, if necessary.
