No. High School experiences are not regarded in the Med School application process. If you were similiarly highly ranked in college, your GPA will reflect it. If you weren't, it might not look so good.
Agree - any activities and honors exclusive to high-school (or before) should be left out. I'm sure every third applicant was their high-school's valedictorian. They'd get bored of reading it, and it's largely irrelevant in the face of what you've done in college.
