Hi Guys

I haven't submitted my primary, but want to do it ASAP but one of my letter writers is slow, and probably won't get it done until end of September. Can AMCAS verify now without that letter? I want to work on my secondaries soon.

YES.

you don't need any of your letters in to submit your primary. just to be considered 'complete' once secondaries are submitted.
