just a small question abt the amcas transcript request form that those of you who have submitted will probably know---is the signature yours or the registrar's on the form? and what amount? thanks!

It is your signature on the form (it is required in order to release your transcript from your school). The amount is only required if your school charges for transcripts. Otherwise, just leave it blank.
