As someone who has gone through this process I can advise the following. If you're transcripts are not in as of May 26th 2017 then request a transcript from your school NOW!. Use EXPRESS mail delivery. Usually FedEx.
Send it to the following address:
AAMC ATTN: Transcripts
AAMC Medical School Application
655 K Street NW Suite 100
WASHINGTON, DC 20001
US
The transcript will arrive within 2-days and will be processed usually that same day of delivery or the following day. Do not cheap out on the express delivery. Trust me. A FedEx person will hand deliver the envelope and the person will immediately open it or give it to the right person for processing.
If you do standard delivery it will take about a week to get there THEN your letter will be put into a pile for further processing. It will take a while.
