AMCAS unable to download transcript request form

On AMCAS, when I try to create the transcript request form for each school, a pop-up briefly appears and then nothing is generated. I've tried this on Chrome, Safari, both Mac and HP computers... AMCAS is too busy to respond. Has this happened to anyone else?
