The whole thing, plus you have to pick at least one medical school to apply to and pay the fee. Sorry dude, no shortcuts.

Edit: Let me amend that; the LOR's don't need to be submitted or designated to schools. Everything else needs to be done and most of it can't be changed once submitted.

Thanks for the speedy reply. I didn't think so, but since I heard that LOR's didn't have to be included, I thought I'd check.

The only parts of your application that you can edit after submitting are the demographic section (contact information), the schools to which you're applying, the LORs, and future MCAT test dates. Other than that, what you submit is locked in.

But, to be clear, if you HAVE assigned LORs to schools, once you submit, you CANNOT change this.

If you don't assign any, you can then do whatever you want after submitting; assign whatever letter to whatever school. I recommend this; some schools have a maximum letter count.
