If you just submitted it, the status page will say "Awaiting transcripts" even though AMCAS may have received everything. Just think it's a some kind of glitch... my status changed from "Awaiting transcripts" to "Ready for Review" within one day as should yours if AMCAS has all your transcripts. But I might have answered your question wrong if you mean how long does it take AMCAS to get the transcripts on record. In this case it totally depends on how fast your schools can send em out. One of my transcripts showed as "Received" within 3 days of my school sending it out. Another one took a whole week. Don't fret though, if your school sent em, they'll be with AMCAS soon enough 😉
