Anyone know of dentists who live and teach in dental schools in other countries with a degree earned in the US?

Some years ago a pedo friend of mine spent a year in an oil rich middle east country teaching.
He enjoyed it for a year, but a year was enough. I never learned how much he was paid but he suggested that it was very lucrative. I do know, that pretty much all of is living expenses were taken care of while he was there. They provided nice housing, most meals and transportation for him during his stay.
