AMP based FUL for generics

Last month I read the GAO report on AMP based FULs and recall it was supposed to go into effect on Jan. 30th. I searched the CMS and APhA websites and couldn't find any current info on it. Anyone know if it's in effect or if it's been delayed?

There's currently a lawsuit delaying implentation for the time being.
