Does anyone have a write up on how these three compounds are different and how they each affect the patient differently? In my report I'd like to include why amphetamines aren't as addictive as the other two. Is it because amphetamine is a lot less potent than the other two?

Any help is appreciated.

Thanks

I'm sorry, this is a pet peave of mine though. If you want to find evidence/articles try physically walking into a library. Look it up, ask a librarian, whatever.

If it is even a halfway respectable report you need to cite the stuff anyway. I don't think being supplied by a random person on the internet is the most benefecial way. Try searching on google scholar or something to get an idea even....but the best bet is to physically go to the library, look stuff up, find it, read it, cite it.

Oh no it's not a report I'm handing up to a professor. Just a little bit of work I'm doing while I'm holidays.

Adderall is a cocktail of various amphetamine salts. The combination of the salts allows for a "sustained" release of the amphetamines into the body. This is what Adderall XR is.
Ritalin is methylphenidate which is similar to amphetamine in structure.

What does this have to do with Pre-Allopathic [ MD ]???😕

Well, clearly pre-meds are the best to give advice regarding the addictive nature of adderall and other stimulants.

Just a reminder to keep this thread away from Medical Advice which should only be given by your healthcare professional.

Actually, I believe it is a report you are asking someone else to do while you are on holiday. Yes, pre-meds tend to be appeasing over-achievers, but I am guessing you wont get bites on this weak attempt to exploit.

Good luck...👍
