I didn't know about the restructuring that took place last year, purportedly putting more money and decisions in the hands of physicians, but it's curious that so many US companies are there vying for management contracts. I wonder what it means for their future (IOW, do management consultants ever advise much beyond "right-sizing" and concentrating revenue in the hands of those on top? Will the "top" be the physicians, the bureaucrats, or the consultants themselves?)
