anatomy and physio pre-reqs

So I realize that some schools require anatomy and physiology as a pre-req for application to their school, each with their own unique number of required units. How will I show them that I plan to take these classes in my application? Do I need to say that I am registered for these courses over the summer or anything? Or when I plan to take them? Sorry, I am not that far in the application yet but I want to know so I can try to sign up for summer classes right away if they prefer that I show proof I am taking it right now.
