Just a quick scheduling question for you guys.

Thinking ahead, my schedule for next semester may look like this:

Anatomy Lect + Lab (5 units)
Biochem Lect (3 units)
Phyiology Lect + lab (5 units)

How does this look? Is taking Anatomy & Physiology during the same semester a little TOO intense? Thoughts?

I don't think it would be too intense. It may be helpful, honestly. You'll probably end up having some cross covered material which may cut down on your study time. IMO, I would definitely stick with that schedule.

I think it would be ok. You can manage to get good grade in physio even if you don't have anatomy previously. You should keep that schedule.

That's fine just study hard. Most schools combine A&P into one course which makes it slightly easier but you should be OK if you put in the effort.

Thanks! Those who have responded, do you speak from experience? Have you taken either or all of these courses before and have an idea of the workload? (of course, understanding it may vary from school to school...)

I have this schedule right now along with physics 2 lab - it's manageable. 👍

I did this exact same thing, pretty much. Except for I took immunology instead of biochem. It was major pwning. Prepare to severe romantic relationship and get serious with cadaver lab. I'm sure part of me is already preserved by the formaldehyde due to the amount of time spent in lab.

Take both, they compliment each other nicely
