I am trying to find an organized way to study muscle origin, insertion, arterial supply, and innervation. Does anyone have a particular set of notecards that they would recommend? I know the Anatomy book I have has tables with this information, but I really think that this is the type of information that I just need pure repetition to memorize. Making my own notecards is out of the question because my handwriting is terrible.

You might look into the Netter's Anatomy flashcards. They have pictures on one side, but they also have origin/insertion and innervation on the other side. I don't think they have arterial supply, but you could write that in. I found them pretty helpful for the limbs, not so great for the head and neck.
