Anatomy on Comlex

To anyone who has taken Comlex Step 1, is the anatomy mainly limb and back anatomy or just all anatomy? Is it like the embryology chapter in First Aid?

My test seemed to have a little of everything, anatomy wise. Probably a little heavier on limbs, head and neck, but I studied all of anatomy and I was definitely glad I did. I had several CTs in cases that required you to apply some anatomy. I don't recall any straight-up embryo questions - maybe a couple about various malformations, but that was all on my particular test.
