Studying Netter's is a waste of time if you haven't already looked at the structures on an actual 3D human body. Memorizing the muscle innervations and actions is not useful without understanding the "bigger picture" of how things work together and clinical correlations, which you will get from listening to lecture. I took anatomy before med school and in the grand scheme of things it didn't do any good in regards to grades, amount of time spent studying, etc. I don't recommend pre-studying, particularly if your school's anatomy exams are lab practicals and/or professor-written. There are many, many better ways to prepare yourself for medical school than staring at Netter's.
