the answer is stomach
thanks mathew
Could this be the answer?
helps to establish the typical abscess lesion
i dont have the key.pls someone confirm the ans.
hi dentbaby!!thanks for the ans.so,u mean that gynaecomastia is the ans??becos ans is given as mallory bodies.
No this means that mallory bodies is the answer to this and gynaecomastia is well associated with hepatic failure. As explained by dentbaby, due to hepatic failure estrogen isn't broken down, hence hyperestrogenism, which leads to gynaecomastia.
Thanks dentbaby for nice explanation!!
PLS ANS-
a patient who has minimal esistance to gonococcal infection most probably has-
a)leukocytosis
b)agammaglobulonemia
c)an esinophil deficiency
d)deficincy in cell mediated immunity
e)deficiency in complement factors C6,C7 AND C8.
Def in complement factors C6, C7 n C8

ans is given as def in cell mediated immunity.if anyone could explain this?....
ans is given as def in cell mediated immunity.if anyone could explain this?....
I am quite sure of this, the answer is deficiecy of C6, C7,and C8 and I think this is in one of the released qs papers and is a fact to remem.
Where did you see the answer as def in cell med immunity?? Deficiency of C6, C7, or C8 is a meaningful risk factor for repeated neisserial bacteremia.
- mRNA coding for collagen goes to the ER why?
which of the following when metabolized is largest drop in free energy?
Creatine phosphate, glucose 6 phosphate
what do you palpate one inch superior and one inch anterior to ear?
what sequesters calcium in the masseter muscle??

Hi Neosmile,
Most of the amino acid sequences after it's translation attaches the ribosomes where they were synthesized to ER where the actual protein synthesis occurs. In ER protein synthesis occurs.Prepro-alpha chain of collagen go to ER, so that hydxoxylation of Proline, lysine occurs in ER, then glycosylation partly in ER and partly in Golgi, then in Golgi alpha chains are condensed into Triple helix.
- Creatine Phosphate -largest drop og free energy.Think like this if you have to give energy, u shuld have energy.Creatine Phosphate has high energy bonds. So it can loose much energy
Parotid Gland
-Any muscle ca sequestration in Smooth ER( Sarcoplasmic reticulum)

Bc the mRNA codes to go to the ER, or bc there is a protein on it which sends it to the ER

Thanks dentbaby for the answers.. But i didnt actually get what is the answer for the first one.. a or b??
Are you sure of the parotid gland?? Its location is anterior and inferior to the external ear. I thought it could be temporalis muscle as they ask you superior to the ear.
rest two have been explained nicely, thanks!!
When doing an IAN block which muscle is anesthetized which will cause a pt to bite his cheeks when he eats…buccinators or masseter

Caries is most commonly involved in which surfaces of the permanent
dentition of adolescents in the U.S.?
A. occlusal only
B. lingual only
C. buccal only
D. occlusal and bucco-lingual
E. mesial and distal
I would go for A if it was in my paper, i am not sure if thats the answer.
What do others say??

I would say E because it's easier to brush on the occlusl and adolescents might not be able to brush well interproximally.

Hi thanks for the answers dentistus!!
Could you pls explain the last one in detail, what does the body fluid here mean??
And also tell something about the first one as for why is masseter the answer. I think buccinator should be the answer. Still unsure, pls clarify..
Thanks again🙂

Hi
Thanks neosmile to correct me
actualy it was my mistake u r rite
during Inferior alv. nerve block we also use long buccal nerve block
so buccinator 'll be the ans
2nd for ADH
One of the most important roles of ADH is to regulate the body's retention of water; it is released when the body is dehydrated and causes the kidneys to conserve water, thus concentrating the urine, and reducing urine volume.
i thk masseter closure 'll br stretch reflex
do u know the ans of those CO2/O2 ratio in glycolysis
if u know then plz post the ans
thanks again
