anatomy software for self study

Does anyone have experience using A.D.A.M or Anatomy Revealed?

What other softwares exist that allow virtually doing a dissection?

Which is the best software for anatomy?

I am doing self-study temporarily so at the moment I dont have access to a cadaver.

Is this good for gross anatomy or for anatomy and physiology? (I will admit I don't if there is a difference between gross anatomy in med school or a&p in undergrad but I imagine there is).

I have about a year off before starting med school and wanted to get a good head start on anatomy. Any other books or other visual software useful for you guys learning the material from scratch and at home?
