I am currently practicing to take my DAT and apply this 2017 cycle. I have all the pre-requisites but am thinking about anatomy. I had taken anatomy at a community college while I attended a university because of the course load. I had been told that I only needed the fulfill the prerequisite for anatomy and did not need it for my undergraduate degree. However now I am about to enroll into anatomy 2 after graduating (this past fall 2016 semester) and I did not take into account that anatomy is offered both with and without cadaver. I took anatomy/physiology 1 without cadaver and was going to take anatomy/physiology 2 without cadaver. Is it necessary that I take anatomy with cadavar for the pre req?

I don't think that it is required, but I took it with cadavers and I enjoyed it, so I would suggest taking it with cadavers. :)

I would like to take it with Cadaver but when I first was considering Dental, I was told it did not matter. Now because I have already taken Anatomy/Physio 1 without cadaver, I cannot take the second course with cadaver and it would set me back financially to start again. But if I HAVE to then I would do it.

No cadaver is required to meet the prerequisites. It might be to your advantage to take it with the cadaver just to help prepare you for gross anatomy but as far as Pre reqs are concerned I wouldn't worry about it.

I am definitely jealous of my classmates that had taken anatomy with cadaver. It gave them an advantage when it came to IDing things. I would try and take it if you can, but not sweat about it if you can't.
