Anatomy without dissections?

Are any of you attending a med school that teaches anatomy without having you do a complete dissection of a cadaver? If so, how are you learning it? Prosections, models, imaging? How do you feel about learning anatomy that way?

I go to a school where we are taught anatomy with prosections only. Dissection is optional. It seems to work out for everyone here; I like it.

Thanks for the reply. Is that method of anatomy instruction common in Canada, or would you say your school is in the minority?

I think my school is still in the minority in Canada.

At our school, it was all prosections for the first 3 months, then dissections after that.
