I'm not a resident, just procrastinating whilst studying haha
How do radiology residents remember all the anatomy after 4 years of not studying anatomy? Is there like a crash course or something you guys do in your intern year? Or is everyone just exceptionally good at anatomy to begin with? Cuz I'm struggling to remember stuff from 1st and 2nd years

Don't worry about it. All the important anatomy will come naturally when you are reading on the order of hundreds and thousands of scans during residency and will be obvious. The more obscure anatomy (like muscles/tendons in MSK MRI) you will look up in an atlas much much later in training.
