I totally cannot get into the Lounge. I have gone over to visit a few times and am just not feeling it. Which I suppose is fine, because if I have another SDN path in my life everything else in my life would implode.

there was a period of time where I frequented the Lounge. it's just a whole different world there though. and i don't belong, so i post there very infrequently now.beary said:

The other weird thing is that some people there restrict themselves to one thread within the lounge, and that is the limit of their posting. Instead of posting somewhere else they will keep refreshing the same thread and posting, "Is anyone here?" until someone asks them how their day was and eventually the conversation turns to the weather or something.
That is very strange. I am glad that we exhibit more normal behavior over here on SDN path.

Not too much is going on here either. Last night I couldn't sleep, so I got up and took a benadryl. I started reading this book by John Grisham (The Last Juror) - so far it's pretty good. I slept in kind of late, and then got up and am working on my thesis. Also I got to talk to my niece on the phone! But that's about it. Later today I have to go out and get my dad a birthday present.
Not too much is going on here either. Last night I couldn't sleep, so I got up and took a benadryl. I started reading this book by John Grisham (The Last Juror) - so far it's pretty good. I slept in kind of late, and then got up and am working on my thesis. Also I got to talk to my niece on the phone! But that's about it. Later today I have to go out and get my dad a birthday present.

How's that thesis writing going? Did you finish chapter 4 yet? I hated writing chapter 4 of my thesis. It totally sucked. I hated it. I wanted to die.

This reminds me of some people that I know. I'll see them in the hall, and they'll say, "Call me!! We have to catch up!" or "email me! I have some stuff to tell you!"
