Anesthesiology application - need your thoughts?

So I am a board certified FM doc practicing as a hospitalist for about 4 years. Recently realized my passion in medicine has changed to anesthesiology. Spent the last 1 year in the OR on my 7 off, became an independent preop med physician for the hospital for approx 1.5yrs, countless icu bedside procedures. phenomenal letters from anesthesiology, my previous PD, ICU PD from when i did residency. CMO of hospital to put in a good word.
Stats: 222,226 - first attempt. passed step 3 first attempt

I applied very broadly and unfortunately only received 2 interviews so far. I am very worried and realizing that things are much different now than it was when i had initially applied to residency. Should i be worried that I have not received any further interviews? Any recommendations on how to proceed next?
