I tried to search for these questions but couldn't find the exact scenarios or couldn't tell if they matched.

1. I just started using Anking and after seeing the first set of cards a few times I'm set to see them in like 1.5-2 months. I'm worried that I hit easy too often and should've been hitting "good" even though I knew them well at the time? Should I trust the process or should I reset my ease?

2. I synchronized my devices (laptop, iPad and iPhone) but my iPad and iPhone have a much higher number of reviews for some reason than my laptop even when I hit the synchronize button. How do I correct this?

You should never hit "easy" unless it's something that's second nature to you, or you already knew it cold before even starting med school (e.g. "Transcription turns ____into RNA" or something like that).

I suggest you head over to youtube and search for a video titled "Guide to anki intervals and learning steps". It is about 30 minutes long but is probably the best 30 mins you will invest in med school
Wow life saver
Thanks!
