Another grade conversion question

IN general
A- = 3.7
B+ = 3.3
B = 3.0
B- = 2.7
C+ = 2.3
C = 2.0
C- = 1.7
 
How will this be changed by med schools?

Huh? I'm not sure what this means... Do med schools recalculate your grade if your school does the +/- system? I thought they just go by the AMCAS (w/out +/-)... Seems like a lot of work to recalc people's grades.
