Buy the MSAR. Look at OOS interview figures.

Don't apply to UWashington if you are from the south. Total waste of money unless you are applying MD/PhD
On the other hand, WashU in Saint Louis is not on your list but it tends to be very generous with merit aid if an applicant has a high MCAT.
Not sure about Mayo... it tends to like rather quirky applicants.
Not sure about UAB, MCG and MUSC with regard to OOS applicants so check into that before you waste money applying.
