In my opinion, building good patient-relations is the #1 to generate business/money.

Has anyone ever actually been asked this question? I think I would be mortified if I was asked this in my interview. That just seems extremely backwards to be asked that when we are going into the field of helping people.

A good way to increase business is to see what people want, and no other pharmacy offers. Offering to deliver drugs is a good way. Also, you can have a “Health Fair”, where you can offer to check the customer’s blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol. Basically anything to draw them in – and if they like what you have to offer then they will keep coming back to you for their prescriptions.

Like it our not, without money coming in from somewhere you aren't going to be able to help too many people.
