ISSUES:
Pt who called yesterday reports the shot has "worn" off. The pain is now worse than it was before shot. Doesn't want another shot, would like you to give her a prescription of Percocet at least 8 a day. When asked about Pool therapy, she states it never helped and also made her neck hurt.
