What would you change about your job if you could be Admin for one day?

I would decentralize power and put ancillary services squarely and completely under the authority of clinical teams, each led by a physician.

A huge amount of my time is wasted on workarounds because ancillary services have their own goals, objectives, and metrics.

Barriers to physician-led care, that's what I would tackle.
