Personally , I wouldn't include this unless you're making like 10-20k/yr off this (and even then, I would be very hesitant).

Why not mention eBay? Having a 100% feedback may or may not be related to good bedside manners.

Bedside manners = in person communication
Selling on Ebay/Amazon = mainly following through with your offer, sending stuff on time, and maybe some written communication

Huge difference. Even the most socially awkward person can have a 100% rating on Ebay or Amazon, but they still wouldn't make great doctors.
