How would you rank these? (Location not an issue.) Duke, NYU, Michigan, BWH, UCSD, BID, UTSW, NW, Emory, Wisconsin. Any input would be great.

Pick by location. Michigan, Duke, UCSD are probably the 3 best (in no order) and the rest of them are a step below but all very good programs.

Considering both reputation + Location, I'd say

MIR= Duke=NYU >= BWH= UCSD > the rest
