I'm reading this in Pathoma and having a hard time understanding why anticoagulated state causes subarachnoid hemorrhages. Can someone explain this please?

maybe because it allows higher blood flow to already weakened vessels? Or something that initially would just clot off will now turn into a bleed?

Sorry I just tried to think that through for a second I can't confidently say
