Antihistamines and QT prolongation

antihistamines are atypical antimuscarinics...I think they cause tachycardia but also long QT. I read on medscape that some of the H1 blockers block fast Na+ while others block rectifying K+...I think that means long QT either way. Don't quote me on this even though I just reviewed it today. It confuses the **** out of me.
