anxiously wondering when I will get my interviews?

Hi everyone,
So I e-submitted by AADSAS on September 12th, and haven't got a single interview yet. and I have been rejected from UCSF. I am totally worried about all of this, I was wondering that some of you guys might be able to help and give me some idea about the timing of interview invitations and that if you think I have any chance of getting into any of the following schools in the first place, thanks in advance
I designated the following schools:
UCLA, UCSF, LomaLinda, USC, Western (pomona), UOP, Maryland
here are my stats:
GPA 3.67 (3.59 science) in molecular and developmental biology from UCLA,
DAT: Science 22, AA: 20 (because I screwed up math and got 17), PAT: 20
Extracurricular: I have taken tooth waxing, denture and cast production course and have a letter of rec from the instructor (UCLA dental school teacher), I have volunteered in a private dental office and shadowed in the same place for indefinitely long hours, have some volunteering experience (a three month long program) as a social worker and as far as research, I am taking a molecular biology research immersion course which by the end of my graduation would count as 10 units of lab work.

well you have a fair shot at USC, as they interview until april and assemble their classes in quarters. and your stats are pretty solid. keep your head up bud

your stats are good...why did you wait so long to apply?

if you only get an offer from USC you might give some thought to waiting a cycle and reapplying to some cheaper schools

Everything looks good. I think the problem was that you applied pretty late. As the other posters have said, don't lose hope! Just in case, you don't hear from anyone, my advice would be to apply in June next cycle. Then you'll definitely get in 🙂

I just received some emails from some schools that said they were done interviewing for the year. It sounds like a lot of schools are finishing their interviews and filling their classes. Good luck though...

That can't be the only problem. My app was complete in Dec and I had 4 interviews...I would definitely call the schools to check on your status. Have you received "app complete" emails from all the schools?

I agree that it can't be that you applied late. I submitted my app around the same time with lower gpa and dat and received an interview invite from western and maryland (in-state though). There must be something else about your application. I know that western should be done with their interviews for this cycle as mine was on 2/4 and was told it was the last interview date for the cycle.

Did your personal statement suck? How were your lots...something has to be bad. Sept is really not that incredibly late where a person with your stats wouldn't get any interviews IMO

Keep the faith, and stay staunch
