I am currently a sophomore pre pharmacy student at Butler University in Indianapolis, Indiana. In order to advance into the professional phase of the program, I need a GPA of at least 3.0 in ten pre-reqs(chem, bio, ochem, anatomy, etc.) and a 55 composite on the PCAT.

After taking the PCAT for the second time this morning I am unsure of my score. I did not feel great about, but not horrible either. I received a 37 the first time I took it. This was the last chance to take the test so that it counts toward automatic advancement. Butler is not taking any transfer applicants or internal applicants (who do not meet the auto advance criteria) this year. This means that if I did not receive a 55 I will not be able to advance to the PharmD curricula here.

Regretfully, I did not have a Plan B. Are there pharmacy schools still accepting applicants? and where could I find this? I have been looking on google as pharmacy has always been my dream. My GPA is about 3.2.

Any suggestions? Is there a way to find a list of schools that do not require PCAT?

Deja vu, I could swear I just answered this question earlier today. I need P4Sci's help with this one...

Get out while you still can. Do you want to be fighting with 12-14 thousand new graduates for a job? Didn't think so. Consider something else.
