That PCAT is low and there is no stellar GPA to compensate. I would say most definitely retake the PCAT and apply early and broadly like others have suggested. Having a BS helps you but more and more applicants have a BS while applying. 3 months of pharm tech experience and 9 months of volunteering are good but nothing about that really stands out, no leadership roles or variety/longevity in volunteering really. 9 months at a hospital is good! but assuming you were in college 4 years, why no other volunteer activities? There could be plenty of reasons why, maybe you were busy but I am just trying to be straightforward with you and tell you nothing stands out, GPA is below average a little, PCAT is below average and volunteering/experience around average most likely.
You really can not change GPA right now or get in a lot of volunteering, although you could probably find some leadership volunteering roles around your community early this summer, youth center, organizing blood drive or something. The thing you can change is the PCAT, take it again and let it work for you, study your *** off and get a score that will make you competitive.
Writing great essays will be key as well, you need to find a way to make yourself stand out to the admission committee. The essay will give you a chance to do this, many on campus services can help you with your essays and maybe some professors.
It is always nice to know people got in with similar stats and I am sure people did but you can not depend on that, because the majority of the people with below average stats did not get in.
Use the next few months wisely and see how you can beef up your application. And apply early of course.
